Doesn’t this picture just make your mouth water?! We’ve changed up the presentation of our longtime favorite hummus and now it features olives, tomato, cucumbers, parsley, feta cheese, extra virgin olive oil and smoked paprika. Take all that goodness and smear it on our roasted garlic chili naan bread. Your taste buds will be thanking you!
Does anyone remember the tree we used to have growing in the middle of our restaurant?! Not many buildings are set up in the way ours is! This view that looks up into the atrium level is super unique, just as the hand-painted canvases are that were done by Kris Draper herself!

Our Asian Dumpling Soup is filled with pork dumplings swimming in sweet miso soy broth with house-pickled turnips, mushrooms, edamame and scallions. Did you know that this building has been in the family for three generations? Co-owners Justin Draper and Wade Bernander will be celebrating their 15th year this summer! The building has been in the Draper family previously as the Upper Crust in the 80’s and 90’s and before that it was the Dells Cafeteria. But, before it was ever a restaurant, it was the Bank in Wisconsin Dells! We use the old vault as our beer cooler!

Oinky oinky! Pork belly’s been around for a while and it’s not going anywhere! We decided to embrace it, fry it, and put it in stick form! The panko crusted fried pork belly is served with a maple sweet chili sauce and it’s a perfect shareable appetizer!
It’s thirsty Thursday and beet juice is on the trend! Our Beet Berry Cosmo is one of those drinks where you’ll be ordering a second before you even know it! It’s the perfect mix of beet berry juice, Tito’s, triple sec and lime.
If you’ve been living under a rock, you might not know about the trending “everything bagel” spice! Our Big City Salad features fried bagel chips crusted with our in-house “everything bagel” spice on top of Tzatziki tossed romaine, smoked salmon, asparagus and capers.
Our new Asian Pork Dumpling Soup is sweet, salty and has a slight spice that will keep you coming back slurping for more! The pork dumplings are swimming in a sweet garlic soy sauce surrounded by house-pickled turnips, mushrooms, edamame and scallions.
It’s a carrot hotdog…and we’re calling it the Cog! You might think we’re crazy, but it’s actually really good. Every one of our staff was hesitant, and everyone who tried it said it’s better than any real hotdog they’ve ever had! The marinated carrot tastes just like a Chicago dog and it’s topped with favorites like sauerkraut, diced onions, ketchup and mustard.
Maybe we all need a little reminder of what downtown looks like when there are leaves on the trees! We’re thinking wishfully to warm summer days and lunches on the deck!
Are you truly a Wisconsinite if you don’t love fish fry?! We love trying fish fry dinners from different places around town. What makes ours stand out is the crispy batter surrounding the fish, the white balsamic on our fresh coleslaw, and our house made tarter sauce that's the best in town! Taylor has prepared a Blueberry Zucchini Cake with lemon buttercream a la mode that will find itself on every plate starting tonight and on the streets of downtown at this year's Taste of the Dells. Come in for a sweetly surprising combination and our NEW menu starting at 4pm today!
